Bedroom 1 : King bed Bedroom 2 : King bed Bedroom 3 : King bed Bedroom 4 : King bed Bedroom 5 : King bed AND Queen bed We have a "formal" dining room, as well as a breakfast dining area in the kitchen. Our house has TWO separate thermostats that control two separate AC systems, adding convenience and comfort throughout the house. Our half-bathroom has a urinal. Not sure if that's a "feature" per se, but its unique. Guest access Guests can access the entire property. Other things to note The house sits just off of University Ave so there can be road noise during the morning and evening rush hours.
