The space Serene space in a rural community while still being close to the city amenities. Comfortable 2020 Grand Design Imagine 30ft RV. Relax in the reclining sofa watching the LED TV (ROKU) or in the U-shaped dinette area looking thru the windows. Small kitchen with essentials including a Keurig coffee maker, microwave and small toaster oven/air fryer. This RV has a spacious walk-through bathroom that connects the living area with the bedroom. The bedroom includes two small closets. The outdoor space includes a small cold cowboy PVC pool, fire pit, hammock, BBQ (griddle), round picnic table. RV’s are small and the water pressure is not the same maybe you have at your house. This is camping with commodities. Guest access Property located on an unpaved dead end road (horse friendly- equestrian community). A digital combination padlock to access a farm gate. Drive up to your dedicated parking spot. A wood bench is provided for your convenience to unload your belongings. Follow the concrete square steps path to access your serene CHAT + CHILL RV Spot. Be aware that this is an uneven grass terrain. Three steps stair to access door with a combination lock will grant you entry to the RV. You have a rectangle dedicated space for you. It is in the pictures of the arrival guide. Other things to note You must be at least 21 years old to book the reservation. Penalty charge for an additional guest. NO SMOKING INSIDE the RV. Any trace of smoke, smell or …. will result in a FEE $$$ for odor removal and furniture cleaning. NO PARTIES / EVENTS / GATHERINGS- We need to preserve our serene and tranquil area. NO wet clothes, NO wet towels, NO sand inside the RV - drying rack available. We prefer the RV to be a SHOE FREE Zone :) No candles inside the RV We provide: One stretch yoga mat..
