The farm stay offers both privacy and ample room, making it ideal for two families or groups of friends to enjoy a stay together. For a memorable escape, enjoy a delectable meal at the Great Western Hotel, savor exquisite wines at Pomonal Estate, engage with wildlife at Halls Gap Zoo, traverse scenic trails at Mackenzie Falls, and unwind in the serene beauty of Silverband Falls. A cozy 139-square-foot tiny home with easy access to water, split air conditioning, a kitchenette, cooking equipment, and excellent bathroom facilities. These amenities include an eco-friendly compost toilet with a removable waste holding tank, hand basin, and gas-heated shower. IMPORTANT NOTE: If you're booking for a group, we also have a second tiny home,"Bilby Park Escape 1," available with 24 hours' notice, ensuring you have even more cozy holiday homes to enjoy. For your safety, we would like to advise guests that there is a dam nearby and a seasonal creek at the rear of the property. Guest access Guests will have access to the tiny house and its surrounding area. The space offers privacy while also being ideal for two families or groups of friends to stay together. If you're interested we also have tea, coffee, and milk available with prior notice from the host. Along with a few of our additional activities you might enjoy: - Western Rodeo (Good Friday) - Grampians Grape Escape (early May) - Ararat Jailhouse Rock Festival (every March) - Great Western Cup (January long weekend - Halls Gap Jazz & Blues Festival (last weekend in October) Other things to note - NO PETS ALLOWED - Gas BBQ Grill is available - Potable tank water on-site - A roll of paper towel is provided - We do have pets but they have their own yard - No unregistered guests or visitors are allowed - We have Recycling & normal rubbish bins on property - No open fires and BBQ grills allowed during a fire ban - No smoking allowed inside, except in designated areas - Telstra and Optus has good signal and the rest has weak signal - You are also welcome to use our fly spray as there are bugs in the area - We would like to advise guests that longer stays or later check-outs will incur an additional charge Important note: - Due to the nature of the property, abundant wildlife may be present.   - For stays of 5 nights or more, an additional cleaning fee will be collected to help maintain the [compost/cassette] toilets and ensure a clean and fresh experience for all guests.
