This cozy, tiny home offers sweeping views of the front paddock and a large dam, providing the perfect peaceful getaway. Close to Murrumbateman’s wineries and the natural wonders of Wee Jasper, it’s also within reach of Canberra attractions like the National Arboretum, Cockington Green Gardens, and the Canberra Walk-In Aviary. A comfortable, 139-square-foot accommodation and best holiday homes in Marchmont with easy access to water, split air conditioning, a kitchenette, cooking equipment, and excellent bathroom facilities (e.g., an eco-friendly cassette toilet with a removable waste holding tank, hand basin, and gas heated shower). IMPORTANT NOTE: If you're booking for a group, we also have a second tiny home, "Beckford Tiny House 2," available with 24 hours' notice in advance. To ensure guest privacy, the tiny homes are positioned 20 meters apart from each other. Guest access Guests can access the tiny home and surrounding areas. The main house and areas down the other driveway are restricted. All paddocks have restricted access, animals can be met over the fence along the driveway. Other things to note - Wifi is not available - Gas BBQ Grill is available - Smoking is not allowed on the property - No unregistered guests or visitors are allowed - Please note that full pet policies will be sent prior to arrival - Please be advised that we have free-roaming farm animals (and potential noise) on our property - We would like to advise guests that longer stays or later check-outs will incur an additional charge - Mobile reception has a good signal for Telstra and Optus; Weak signals for Vodafone and no signals for the rest - A compost bucket will be provided for the collection of food leftovers, which will be fed to the chickens on the property. Important note: - For stays of 5 nights or more, an additional cleaning fee will be collected to help maintain the cassette toilets and ensure a clean and fresh experience for all guests. We appreciate your understanding. - As Beckford is a working farm between several much larger farms, there is a potential to hear gunshots at night when farmers are out culling feral animals.
