Our tiny house sits in a 5-acre farmland surrounded by different plants, with an amazing view of the Willunga Hills, vineyards, and the ocean. Just 45 minutes from Adelaide, it is conveniently located in the heart of the McLaren Vale wine region and Fleurieu Coast. A short drive takes you to the historic town of Willunga, Port Willunga Beach, award-winning restaurants, and the famous Willunga Farmers Market. Famous attractions like Kuitpo Tree Climb and Urimbirra Wildlife Park make it a perfect base for relaxation and adventure while staying at our holiday homes. A cozy 139-square-foot tiny home with easy access to water, split air conditioning, a kitchenette, cooking equipment, and excellent bathroom facilities. These amenities include an eco-friendly cassette toilet with a removable waste holding tank, hand basin, and gas-heated shower. IMPORTANT NOTE: If you're booking for a group, we also have a second tiny home, "Grove @ Peasant Farm," available with 24 hours' notice in advance. Our holiday homes are designed to ensure a restful and rejuvenating stay. Guest access Guests can access the tiny home and its surrounding areas, except for the land host's private residence. ADVISORY: - Please expect land host’s pets during your stay - Please keep an eye on children especially on creek-lines with some steep drops. - Please note that the property is situated in a working vineyard with occasional noise. Other things to note - WiFi is not available. - Gas BBQ Grill is available. - No unregistered guests or visitors are allowed. - No smoking inside, except in designated areas. - Mobile reception is good for Telstra and other major service providers. - Please expect limited connectivity as the tiny house is set in a rural locality. - Please be advised that longer stays or later check-outs will incur an additional charge. - Pets are allowed by 24 hrs prior notice, and must be on leash at all times. The full policy will be sent before arrival. IMPORTANT NOTE: - Please don’t forget to close all windows, lock the doors, and switch off lights, air conditioning, and electronics (including chargers) before leaving the property. - For stays of 5 nights or more, an additional cleaning fee will be collected to help maintain the cassette toilet and ensure a clean and fresh experience for all guests.
