The cabin is only 19 minutes from the nearest town, Horsham, and a 15-minute drive from Grampians National Park. Explore the nearby wonders of MacKenzie Falls, The Pinnacle, Boroka Lookout, and Mount Zero, all waiting to inspire your sense of adventure amidst nature’s beauty. This cozy 139-square-foot tiny home has easy access to water, split air conditioning, a kitchenette, cooking equipment, and excellent bathroom facilities. These amenities include an eco-friendly cassette toilet with a removable waste holding tank, hand basin, and gas-heated shower. IMPORTANT NOTE: We also have a second tiny home,"Hollow Mountain Getaway 2," available with 24 hours' notice, ensuring you have even more cozy holiday homes to enjoy. Guest access Guests can access the tiny home and are free to roam the 32 acres. What's more, we're just an hour's drive from Ballarat, passing through the charming towns of Stawell, Ararat, and Beaufort. Other things to note - Tap water is drinkable - Gas and charcoal BBQ Grill is available - Mobile phone reception has a good signal - No unregistered guests or visitors are allowed - Please keep out of fenced private property area - No open fires and BBQ grills allowed during fire season - No smoking allowed inside or anywhere outside the tiny home - We would like to advise guests that longer stays or later check-outs will incur an additional charge - Pets are allowed with 24 hrs prior notice, and must be leashed at all times—full policy provided before booking. Important note: - Due to the nature of the property, abundant wildlife may be present. - For stays of 5 nights or more, an additional cleaning fee will be collected to help maintain our cassette toilet and ensure a clean and fresh experience for all guests.
