Cottage in Salisbury

Perfect place for a weekend getaway in the Berkshires. Walking distance to Salisbury town. 5 Miles from the Hotchkliss School, 2 miles from the Salisbury School and 10 miles from the Berkshire School. On the appalachian trail: hiking, biking and skiing. Ask your hosts for suggestions. 35 minute drive to Catamount Ski Resort, Butternut Ski Resort, and Mohawk Mountain. 30 minute drive to Great Barrington, where you will find great food, local shops and local art. Wifi and Roku TV available The space The cottage is an independent structure at the back of the property far from the main house. It was build in 1928 as an artist studio. It is surrounded by green areas and backs onto the towns bike trail. It has a large living area with a fire place, a bedroom a full bathroom and a kitchen. You can enjoy the warmer months sitting outside in the yard. Guest access The guest can park in the drive way in front of the garage and enter through the front door facing the backyard. Guest have total control of the space and will be the only ones accessing it.
