This 2200m² paradise in Floripa has 2 houses that can accommodate up to 15 guests: a large, renovated colonial house and a glass cabin immersed in the woods - both favorites of guests on Airbnb! The perfect combination for that special get-together with family or friends, with options for private and family rooms, a covered barbecue, a bonfire area and plenty of green space overlooking the sea. What's more, stunning beaches, hiking trails and incredible waterfalls are just minutes away! The space The space covers more than 2200 m² in one of the most beautiful areas of Floripa. You will have the entire property to yourself, which includes 2 houses: a glass cabin in the forest and a beautiful and spacious colonial house. There is also a covered barbecue area and a place for a fire pit. The glass cabin (Casa Juçara) sleeps four people in a queen-size bed on the mezzanine and a sofa bed in the living room. The entire space is air-conditioned and was built in 2024. With large glass windows all around the house, you and your family will feel completely immersed in the forest. The colonial house (Casa Tucano) accommodates a total of 11 people in 5 bedrooms. One king-size bed, four double beds and one single bed will comfortably accommodate your entire family without any squeezing. Four of the five bedrooms are air-conditioned and the fifth is cooled with a ceiling fan and screened windows that allow the night breeze to enter without mosquitoes. Two of the bedrooms are connected, making it the perfect family room. Casa Tucano has a rustic, old-fashioned European and farmhouse feel and features a large balcony where you can enjoy the sea view while having a meal or relaxing on one of the sun loungers. Both houses have fully equipped kitchens and a washing machine. The houses are supplied with pure, additive-free water from the nearby waterfall, and there are clay filters with triple-action candles in both houses. There is space for up to three cars to park inside the property, so everyone can maneuver. More cars can park, but some will be blocked by others if they want to leave. There is a TV at Casa Tucano. We have a ping pong table that can be set up in the living room for extra family fun, plenty of board games, books, and an outdoor fire pit. Read a book and have a deep conversation with a loved one, disconnect from screens, and reconnect with yourself. However, we have fast and stable fiber optic internet in both houses, so working remotely from this paradise is also an option. This is a very unique and beautiful property, ideal for family gatherings in the middle of nature and still close to the beaches in the south of the island. The space does not allow parties or loud music. The neighborhood is quiet, residential and rural. The only loud sound here is the singing of toucans, blue jays and other birds. Guest access You will have the entire property for your family. Up to three cars can park on the property without blocking each other. More cars can park on the property, but some of the cars will be blocked. The property has to houses, the big colonial house is just next to the car park, the smaller glass cabin is a short 50 m walk towards the back of the property. A key locker at the gate will enable guest access to the property. Guests can enjoy the entire estate for themselves and help themselves to fruits of the season. Other things to note Please note that this is a family residence in nature. Hence, we do not allow for loud parties as to not disturb the neighborhood and the local fauna. The outdoor area has dozens of Juçara palms, the açaí of the Atlantic Forest, which are currently under threat. There is also an orchard and vegetable garden. Depending on the season, guests can pick different fruits, teas and spices as well as having the opportunity harvest and process the Juçara fruit to extract (and taste) the açaí pulp. With an attentive eye and discretion, there is the chance to observe countless species of forest animals, such as green-billed and black-billed toucans, black tufted marmosets, cotias, huge lizards, horned toads, blue jays, aracuãs, yellow woodpeckers, among many others.
