Located within walking distance to a beautiful park & cafes, you can catch the bus or train to get anywhere in the city. This neighborhood is safe, has easy parking and is only 1 mile from the beach! The space This is a completely private unit. You will have your own separate entrance and outdoor patio. The living room comes with a sofa that slides into a queen bed for extra sleeping space. Both the bedroom and living room have their own Roku TV, dresser, desk and bathrooms. Completing the unit is a light-filled kitchenette with a dining table and chairs, fridge and all the equipment you need for some light cooking. Wood floors with radiant heat run throughout the unit for a cozy stay. There is plenty of street parking, and public transportation is just a couple of blocks away. If you have a car, please pay careful attention to the street cleaning signs and move your car accordingly. You can head downtown or anywhere else in the city easily! This flat is just 1 mile from the beach and a few miles from downtown San Francisco. Don't feel like cooking? You will be close to a commercial strip with a few cafes, restaurants and bars. The Parkside neighborhood is not a busy part of the city. It’s quiet and safe for a restful stay. Please Note: The alleyway to get to the unit has one narrow part that is not wide enough for a wheelchair. Additionally, there is a step down to get to the door. Guest access You will receive your own private entry codes the day before your reservation. There will be one code for the metal gate and another code that will work for each of the two external entrances into the unit. Other things to note We spent extra care on soundproofing but we do live upstairs, so expect some amount of noise transfer. To ensure a peaceful atmosphere for all, we have designated quiet hours from 10PM-7AM and kindly ask all guests to be considerate of our neighbors during their stay. San Francisco has a very temperate climate. We don't expect or suspect that temperature will be a problem, but like most homes in SF, it does not have air conditioning. You can find a nice fan in the closet if needed. We also have included a handheld steamer to fulfill your ironing requirements. There is also a small washer / dryer combo in this unit.
