Enjoy all the amenities including oceanside saltwater pool, 2 hot tubs, business center, fitness center, grilling area and tennis/pickleball court. Walk along the beach through the private beach access and to local favorite restaurants. Beach cart, 2 beach chairs, beach towels, sand toys and cooler are provided during your stay. The resort-style amenities include a Beach Club patio with a grilling area, a gym, tennis court, and an unheated pool. Explore downtown's vibrant scene, ride bikes to tour the pier and lighthouse, and indulge in the shared hot tub after a day of sightseeing. This stretch of beach is not tide dependent and has plenty of walking distance in both directions. We're walking distance to local restaurant favorites like Crab Daddy's, Barrier Island Brewing, Fiddlers and The Cottage Coffee Shop at The King and Prince. Included amenities are a fitness center, tennis/pickleball court, grills and outdoor tables, a large saltwater pool (not heated), business center, kiddie pool and 2 hot tubs. 2 beach chairs are included to use during your stay. Additional chairs/umbrellas can be rented on the beach. Note: This is a pet-free rental due to HOA regulations. This rental is located on the top floor - 4th with easy access to the elevator. Covered parking and luggage carts are available on the ground floor. Parking notes: Parking in parking garage, passes required. Guest needs to go to Beach Club Main Office and get parking passes (2 Max) and pool access wristbands. Bike and Golf cart parking available. Guest access Guests have access to the entire unit, 2 parking spaces, and the Beach Club amenities. Guest entry instructions: This rental utilizes an E-lock, a digital lock that requires a unique code to enter. This code is reset after each guest's stay. Other things to note What to expect in your unit: -Linens (bath towels & bed sheets) are provided -Starter supply of toilet paper, soap, paper towels and trash bags are provided. Any additional supplies needed during your stay will be the responsibility of the guest. House Rules : -Maximum of 6 registered guests at all times in property. No unregistered guests or a minimum $250 fee will be charged and reservation cancelled without refund. -Third party bookings are prohibited -No parties/events are allowed -No glitter/confetti/ self tanner or hair dye are allowed -No moving furnishings/decor or hanging/taping items on the walls -Additional min. $250 cleaning fee and/or cancellation without refund for violation of house rules. -Notify us immediately of any issues or damage. -No pets/animals are allowed in this unit per HOA rules-reservation will be cancelled without refund and a minimum $250 fine will be charged. -Tampering with Wi-Fi, the unit’s smart door access passcode, security or safety equipment is prohibited. A minimum $250 fine will be charged and reservation cancelled without refund. -Security camera details: ring camera at front door -No smoking/vaping or drugs of any kind are allowed in the home, on the balcony, or on the property in general. There will be a minimum $250 fine charged for any smoking and reservation cancelled without refund. -Minimum Age: Must be 25 + to book, or age 30 + on GAFL weekend. -Bookings of 28 days or longer require signed lease agreement and ID’s provided within 48 hours. We recommend that you purchase travel insurance for your trip. We do not issue refunds if it is outside of your reservation refund time frame. We cannot control the weather, tides, ocean conditions or nearby construction and maintenance. The Barrier Islands are a very natural and constantly changing shoreline. The tides, water levels and beach access change with the tides and storms. We cannot predict or guarantee the condition or access to the ocean due to the natural environment.
