Dale Hollow Down Under

Less than one mile to Dale Hollow lake and the beautiful Sunset Marina with boat ramps, a beach area, restaurant and more. We also have a shaved ice shack and BBQ right next door. I have plenty of room for boat and vehicle parking. The space This is a fully finished walkout basement apartment with a huge living area and private entrance. It has one private bedroom that features a queen size bed and one room that has a queen bed and a twin over full bunk bed. There is also a twin over full size futon bunk bed and an additional full size bed on one end of the living area. It has a kitchen with dishes and utensils, a refrigerator, microwave, toaster oven and two 2 burner hot plates if needed for cooking in pots and pans. The bathroom has a shower. Guest access There is an outdoor table and chairs located right out the front door of this space as well as a grill for your private use. Other things to note I do have a large indoor dog. You may hear him bark but he really loves people. Additionally, my mother is elderly and uses a walker to get around. You can hear this down stairs and it sounds a bit like thunder. If this might bother you then you may want to consider another location.
