This is a single room with a twin bed and a shared bathroom, with a patio and a beautiful view of the garden. The space Welcome to Casa Colonial! We are a unique "non-hotel"in the enchanting colonial city of Oaxaca, Mexico. As an active guest house, bed and breakfast, and small hotel for 45 years, "the Casa" is the place for comfortable rooms surrounding covered verandas and lush tropical gardens, a gracious living room and library, delicious Oaxaca home-style food, and most of all, our personal service. The Casa is a mere 6-block walk away from the Oaxacan City Center and close to many excellent restaurants, coffee shops, bars, museums, churches, local markets and so much more. Our hosts are eager to give excellent recommendations on the many things to do in Oaxaca. We can also help arrange for tours and expeditions to visit nearby arqueological sites, ecoturism hubs, and indigenous villages rich in local history and art. We have one two single rooms in the Casa with shared bath. The shared bath is right outside the room and is impeccably cleaned and the shower is delightfully hot. Our rooms are attractive, comfortable, and scrupulously clean. All our rooms open onto covered verandas surrounding the gardens or onto patios. The following prices are all in USD: * Single room with shared bath: $40 breakfast. Ask us about our discounted rates for stays longer than two weeks. We welcome long-term stays, and have special student rates, too. We welcome families! We'll add younger children in double rooms and in the family suites for a discounted additional charge.
