The space We aim to keep this home very clean and in excellent condition for the upmost comfort of all our guests. To help with this we have a NO smoking, vaping or e-cigarette policy within the house. We also have a NO pet policy. If anything is damaged or broken during your stay, a replacement fee will be added to your booking fee. Please be respectful of the neighbors—Absolutely NO parties and keep the noise down between 10:00 PM and 7:00 AM. Vintage One Pine is a single story, 3 bedroom 2 bathroom home-away-from-home. It is fully furnished with indoor/outdoor amenities for your comfort and convenience. We provide coffee+cream+sugar for the mugs and wood for the fire pit! We hope you will choose to be our guest in the Vintage One Pine! Kitchen: The kitchen is stocked with the basics for stove top coking, serving and dining. We have full-sized refrigerator, dishwasher, gas stove and oven, microwave, air fryer, toaster, blender and coffee maker. Bedrooms/beds: The master suite has a queen size bed, a lounge chair, a TV, and a full master bathroom closet. The 2nd bedroom has a queen size bed, a chair and a closet space. The 3rd bedroom has two twin beds, a dresser and closet space. There is a second full bathroom near the 2nd and 3rd bedrooms. Convenience: You will have access to a washer and dryer, laundry soap and dryer sheets. Back Porch: The strategically placed privacy fencing in the back yard provides a space for you to relax by the fire or enjoy the swing chairs. The hot tub is the best way to end your day! Please help us keep the Hot Tub clean by rinsing off before getting in. NOT included: The Garage is NOT available for guest use. Please park ALL vehicles in the driveway.
