The space Less than 5 minutes away, you will find everything you need: supermarkets, artisanal bakery, public transport... everything is within easy reach for a practical and stress-free stay 🛒🥖🚍 You will be ideally located to explore the treasures of the region: only a 15-minute drive from the famous Pont du Gard ⛲, 20 minutes from the Arènes de Nîmes and its historic center rich in history🏛️, and 45 minutes from the Mediterranean beaches for a day by the water ⛱️. The studio is also very close to the police school and the Purple training center, making it ideal for a professional or student stay. The interior of the studio has been designed for your comfort. You will find a cozy double bed for restful nights, a modern fully equipped kitchen (induction hob, fridge/freezer, coffee maker...) to prepare good meals, as well as a dining area with a table for two, both inside and outside🍽️. The studio is equipped with reversible air conditioning. A smart TV allows you to relax with Netflix, YouTube, Disney+ and other platforms (classic channels are not available) 🎬. You also have a storage space with wardrobe and a private bathroom with shower and toilet🚿. And to fully enjoy the southern sun, sit on your pretty wooden terrace, shaded by a pergola.
