Cozy Basement Suite with Private Entrance

Welcome to Saskatoon! This basement suite offers you a cozy and clean place to stay. We are close to the Centre Mall, grocery stores, restaurants, and a transit hub. The private side entrance leads you directly to the basement suite. Please note that we only accept a single guest if you request 2+ nights during weekdays. There is an additional $10 fee for the second guest if your booking is for 2 people. No visitors are allowed on the premises. Our place is not suitable for children under 12. The space -We provide a basic kitchenette set-up with a microwave, fridge, a small sink, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, dishes, and dining area. There is NO STOVE. -The ensuite bathroom has a shower. -Laundry is shared for guests staying 3 + days (I may need to enter laundry with prior guest consent) -Guests have exclusive use of the living room with large television (smart TV with Netflix, no cable) and kitchenette space. - We charge a minimum $10.00 fee for late check out. Guest access - Entrance to the suite is at the side of the home, so you will have privacy when entering your accommodations. -Shared use of laundry (5$ per load for short term guests 1-2 night stay, complimentary for long term guests 3+nights). - Shared backyard Other things to note A note that we live on the main floor and that this is a family residence. For safety and security of all, unregistered guests or visitors are not permitted on premise. We have a Nest Doorbell.
