In the living room we have 1 sofa bed and armchairs for the maximum comfort of 4 adults. Equipped with a Samsung 65'' Smart TV with Screen Mirroring function in addition to cable programming and high speed wifi internet from NET, you won't miss your favorite programming while you're enjoying your leisure time. We have a Nespresso coffee machine in the living room with 2 complimentary capsules for our customers, as there is nothing better than arriving at the apartment and having that coffee enjoying the view. The kitchen was renovated in November 2022 and is equipped with a grill, sandwich maker, microwave, water filter, gas stove, fridge, pans and everything else. All equipment, furniture, utensils, layettes were acquired new to compose the complete renovation of the apartment. We also have a service area with washing machine and dryer, sink and clothesline. The building has beach chairs service with table and umbrella, free ice to chill your drinks in addition to having a swimming pool, sauna, sports court and 3 grills. We have 1 covered parking space. There is a mall 800 meters away with restaurants, shops, supermarket, services etc. This is a perfect choice to spend a pleasant weekend surrounded by first class services. We suggest replacing the drinks and seasonings that are consumed. Other things to note Bed and bath linen is supplied with the exemption of beach towels where each guest must bring their owns.
