La Roulotte du Perche 4 seasons, great comfort

In the heart of the Perche Regional Natural Park, "La Roulotte du Perche" awaits you in a meadow with a remarkable view of nature, the bell tower of Courgeon and the forest in the distance. Made in France by a specialized company, our spruce wood trailer offers unusual accommodation with all the comforts of 20 m2 to accommodate up to 4 guests in any season in a cocooning atmosphere thanks to its insulation, double glazing, radiators and fan. The space The trailer includes a living area with 2 benches and a table, an equipped kitchen, a sleeping area with a double bed as well as a bathroom with a spacious shower, a sink and a toilet with flush. The benches are convertible into 2 single beds. The 3 mattresses are hotel quality with mattress protector and the 4 pillows are anti-mite with pillowcase. You will find space under the bed and benches, convenient for storing your luggage. Private parking for 2 vehicles is also available. You can fully enjoy the outdoor space with the balcony of the trailer, a garden table with an umbrella, 2 deckchairs, an outdoor shower to cool off, a badminton game for 4 and a volleyball. You can also enjoy your grilled meats with the electric plancha at your disposal. The kitchen is fully equipped with a fridge + freezer, 2 induction cooktops, a microwave, a kettle, a teapot, a toaster, a Krups Dolce Gusto coffee machine and a piston coffee maker. You will find all the dishes, utensils as well as the basic condiments (salt, pepper, oil, vinegar, a few tea bags, herbal tea and a few coffee capsules) to simmer your good dishes! To travel light, linen is provided with a sheet/bed set, a bath towel/person as well as a kitchen towel. The bathroom is also equipped with a hair dryer. When the temperatures cool down, a heater will keep you warm. In hot weather, the trailer can be ventilated with a fan. Even in the middle of nature, you can stay connected with Wi-Fi access. Before you leave, you will have to put away the clean dishes, empty the fridge, gather the laundry and drop off your garbage bags, for the rest of the cleaning, we'll take care of it! The trailer is ideally located to discover the gems of Perche: - 300 meters from the trailer, you can go to the Ferme de l'Etoile which sells its local products in short circuit. 7 kilometers away is the town of Mortagne-Au-Perche with all shops and amenities. You can also shop in the morning at the surrounding markets: Bellême (Thursday), Tourouvre (Friday), Mortagne-Au-Perche (Saturday), Boissy-Maugis (Sunday), etc. - You can explore small towns of character such as Mortagne-Au-Perche and Bellême, charming villages such as La Perrière or Villeray, but also historic buildings such as the Manoir de Courboyer surrounded by Percheron horses, the Basilique Notre-Dame at the Chapelle Montligeon or the bell tower of Notre Dame-de-la-Salette in Malétable, etc. - It is surrounded by the state forests of Réno-Valdieu and Bellême, ideal for strolling in the heart of nature! In Pervenchères, you can even admire the 550-year-old Lambonnière oak tree! 4 kilometers away is also the greenway that leads to Mont Saint Michel, ideal for small or large bike rides (2 adult bikes are at your disposal). - You can relax and share friendly moments at the Café de la Place, located in the village of Courgeon with its generous cuisine (reservation recommended for lunch) and its cultural agenda in summer! A few more kilometers away, you will also find La Brasserie du Perche with its craft and local beers. - On the cultural side, in Tourouvre there is a museum that traces the history of French emigration to Canada. Mortagne has an independent cinema and a media library in the heart of a building with character. You might even see wild animals like deer, foxes, pheasants, partridges or hares! Also, the unobstructed view of the meadow offers breathtaking sunsets!
