Treat it like your own. — Craig The space WHAT'S HERE - 3 bedrooms, 2.5 baths, sleeps 8 max - Private outdoor hot tub with Engineer Mountain views - Queen sleeper sofa, lower level - Full kitchen with fridge-filtered water dispenser - Gas grill hardwired to house propane (no tank swaps) - Gas fireplace, in-floor radiant heat - Smart TV, fast Wi-Fi (open network, no password) - 2-car garage with 240V Tesla destination charger GOOD TO KNOW (how things work) - Hot tub: drop one FROG packet after each use, packets in cabinet next to tub - If hot tub temp looks low, the panel is in Econ mode. Switch to Standard, give it 90 minutes - In-floor radiant heat is slow. Set thermostat at 68-70°F and leave it. Cranking it up doesn't speed things up - Hard well water (glasses come out spotty, this is normal). Drinking water from the fridge dispenser - Wi-Fi: Tacoma Guest Hi-Speed, no password. Router is downstairs under the TV if it needs a reset - Smart lock works 24/7. Code activates at your scheduled check-in time - No curbside trash service. Use the $25 trash service (drop bags in garage) or haul to the transfer station Guest access Guests will have access to all 2400 SF of the amazing Townhome. Check-in Instructions will be sent over prior to your arrival. Download the "Purgatory Resort" app to access the Free Shuttle service! Other things to note ALTITUDE: 9,000 feet. Hydrate aggressively, skip heavy workouts day 1. Headaches the first night are normal, usually resolve by day 3. WINTER DRIVING: 4WD/AWD plus winter or all-season tires strongly recommended on Hwy 550. CDOT Code Law often in effect during storms. MOUNTAIN WEATHER: Brief internet and power blips happen a few times a year. Summer afternoon thunderstorms routine July through August (hike before 1 PM). WILDLIFE: Black bears active May through October. Keep doors and car windows closed, never leave food or trash outside. MAINTENANCE: All issues handled within 2 hours via the booking app. After-hours emergencies (no power, no water, locked out): backup contact Amy.
