Experience the authentic local bathing culture! ▼About Tram Noise Our property is conveniently located near the Hakodate City Tram “Omachi” stop, making it easy to explore Hakodate by tram. However, as the tram tracks are located close to the building, you may hear the trams passing by and may also feel some vibration. We hope you can enjoy the sound of the trams as part of the nostalgic atmosphere and unique charm of Hakodate♪ At Omachi stop, the first tram runs at approximately 6:52 AM, and the last tram runs until approximately 10:30 PM. During the daytime, trams generally run about every 16 minutes. Therefore, tram noise and vibration may be noticeable from early morning until nighttime. If you are sensitive to noise or vibration, please take the above information into consideration and make sure you are comfortable with these conditions before booking. Guests who fail to provide a passport copy will not be permitted to stay. 【Strictly Non-Smoking (Entire Property)】 Smoking (including e-cigarettes and vapes) is strictly prohibited inside the building and anywhere on the premises. If any evidence of smoking is found, a 30,000 JPY deep-cleaning and deodorizing fee will be charged. 【Registered Guests Only】 Only guests included in the reservation are allowed on the property. Unregistered visitors are strictly prohibited from entering or staying, even for a short time (similar to standard hotel policies). Please notify us in advance if there are any changes to your group size. 【Linens & Towels】 Daily housekeeping or towel replacement is not provided during your stay. Please use the provided washer-dryer to launder and reuse them as needed. 【Quiet Hours (After 10:00 PM)】 This home is located in a quiet residential neighborhood with many elderly residents. Please keep noise to a minimum after 10:00 PM. Parties, events, and loud behavior are strictly prohibited. 【Important: Accommodation Tax from April 2026】 In accordance with Hokkaido and Hakodate City regulations, an Accommodation Tax will be charged for all stays starting from April 1, 2026.
