Please search the smoking areas in the neighborhood. If any evidence of smoking is found, a special cleaning fee (including odor removal) may be charged separately. ・Please refrain from noise at night time and early in the morning within the facility. ・When going outside, make sure to close windows, turn off the air conditioning and room lighting. ・ Please pay attention to using cooking ware ,heater, or other fire hazardous equipment. ・We may be charged additional for the costs required to repair, replace or dispose of any damage and losses of furnishings and fixtures. ・We will charge a disposal fee of 5,000 JPY if you leave suitcases or large waste items in this place after check out. ・It is possibly delayed 1-3 hours depending on conditions of the day. ・Please contact us immediately if the cleaning has been delayed. ・Since this is a private residence cleaning, the finished cleaning may not meet your expectations due to the subjectivity of the viewer. ・Bed linens may differ from those in the photo due to replacement. ※Disclaimer※ We are not responsible for any death or injury at our property.
