It can comfortably accommodate 5 people, but can also accommodate up to 7 people. The beds are 3 double beds and 1 single bed. It has 2 bedrooms and a large living/dining space, ideal for groups. From the station it is 6 minutes to Shinagawa, 14 minutes to Yokohama, 20 minutes to Shibuya, and 25 minutes to Shinjuku for easy access to tourist attractions. The space This 70m2, 3-story facility can accommodate up to 7 people. This beautiful facility was completely renovated in September 2024. It is a private rental, so there are no other guests. The facility is accessed by stairs. Other things to note The house is accessed by stairs to each floors. Please note that some people might find the stairs a lil bit narrow and steep. Only one key is available for rent. Please be aware that there is a 15,000 yen charge for lost keys. No shoes allowed inside the house. No smoking. Towels are provided for the number of guests. Regarding waste disposal, there is a trash can at our facility that can hold about four large garbage bags, but if you request garbage collection during your stay, an additional fee of 3,000 yen will apply. For early check-in and late check-out, an additional fee of 3,000 yen will be charged per hour. *We may not be able to accommodate your request, depending on the reservation situation. Guest Registration & Passport Copy In compliance with Japan’s Hotel Business Act and Residential Accommodation Business Act, all guests must complete our online registration form and upload a copy of their passport photo page before arrival. A link to the form will be sent once your booking is confirmed. Please submit the information no later than 24 hours before check-in. Without this information, we are legally unable to host you.
