This beautiful house is located in the Spring Valley Lake Community with a 24/7 security patrol. With cul-de-sac neighborhood, this residence is very peaceful, it is offering a BBQ grill, billiard table and charming kitchen, all opened to the pool area. The space All bedrooms (4) have their own private bathrooms and walk-in closets. Guest access This custom home is two stories with a 2-car garage and easily accessible parking on the driveway. To access the house, use the key for the front door (in the key box - code required) or garage door opener. When you are in the house, go to the hall way on your right to turn off the alarm system by entering a four digit code (codes will be sent out by email or text after booking). To leave the house, press two buttons DOOR AND WINDOWS and MOTION to activate the alarm. There will be 45 seconds to exit after activating the alarm. Other things to note The pool is saltwater. Its safety equipment (life jackets, life ring, life hook... ) are included on the pool's side. All swimmer must wear life jacket and never swim alone. Always use the pool with care for you and your family's safety. Keep children under active supervision at all times. NO DIVING ALLOWED. Every Wednesday, a The Pool Wizard employee will come to take care of the pool through the side gate. Guests DO NOT need to open the door or make any payments with these workers. POOL HEATER IS NOT WORKING.
