Enjoy an elegant experience at this centrally-located accommodation out in Tveta with a sunny location all day. In the immediate area, you will find Tvetaberg outdoor farm, which makes it possible to rent canoes, etc., an outdoor gym, exercise tracks in the forest and a play area for the very little ones. With the possibility of a lovely swim in the lake as well as a private sauna, you can fill your days with lots of fun! Distance: Lake (Måsnaren) - 2-minute walk Highway - 7 minutes by car Nearest grocery store - 5 minutes by car Wasa shopping center - 12 minutes by car The space The cottage has an open floor plan between the social areas consisting of the living room, dining area, kitchen and entrance. The accommodation consists of a living room, dining area, kitchen, bathroom and two bedrooms. The living room is furnished with a sofa bed that sleeps two people, a coffee table and a smart TV that is connected to the accommodation's Wi-Fi. Large windows along two of the walls contribute to a light intake all day! The dining area has a dining table with four chairs. More chairs are available to use if needed. The fireplace is located between the dining area and the kitchen. The kitchen is fully equipped with utensils, pots, pans, etc. Glass and porcelain are plentiful. Newly renovated kitchen in 2023 with new stove and combined microwave. Half fridge & freezer that is spacious. Kettle, coffee maker and mixer are available for use. The bathroom has a 30-liter hot water heater that makes it possible to take a hot shower. Sink, incineration toilet and a washing machine and filled with toilet paper. Bedroom 1 has a double bed of 160x200 cm and a wardrobe. Bedroom 2 has a double bed of 180x200 cm as well as a larger wardrobe and dresser. BED LINEN: available if needed for a fee of SEK 100/person. Please inform us in advance if desired. Guest access You have full access to the cabin as well as the private sauna that was built in 2019 and is basically unused. Other things to note Just 100 meters away, you will find Lake Måsnaren where you can take a dip. There is a smaller beach and two jetties to use. In the nearby area is Tveta outdoor area within walking distance. There you will find an outdoor gym, exercise track, strawberry picking area and the possibility of renting a kayak, cannon boat, etc. If you are interested in fishing, there is also the possibility to buy a fishing license on site. Otherwise, you will find Gösens sportfiske about 7 minutes away by car where you can buy products for your fishing trip and fishing license. Stockholm is about 30 minutes away by car. The nearest grocery store is about 5 minutes away by car and the nearest shopping center is about 12 minutes away by car. Södertälje city center is about 8 minutes away by car. Södertälje Bollhall is about 5 minutes away by car. Tom Tits Experiment is about 10 minutes away by car.
