The space The suite is located on the third floor (stairs access only) and features two cozy, fully equipped spaces for a comfortable stay: 🌿 Living area & kitchen: A practical space with two sofa beds (twin). The kitchen is equipped with everything you need to prepare your meals: stove, mini refrigerator, coffee maker, microwave, blender, toaster, plates, and cutlery. 🛏️ Main bedroom: A spacious room with one queen-size bed and one full bed, a TV area, closets, safe, and private bathroom. 📡 Included amenities: -Starlink WiFi and Netflix -Air conditioning and ceiling fans in each area -Purified drinking water -Laundry area + washing machine (external) Guest access During your stay, you can enjoy the terrace, located outside the apartment, which includes the laundry area. The washing machine is available for your use along with soap and detergent. Since there is no dryer, clothes can be hung on the clotheslines with clothespins. For your comfort and that of all guests, smoking is not allowed inside the apartment, but you are welcome to smoke on the terrace. Other things to note 🗺️ About the area: The building is centrally located, making it easy to move around the city. Please note that, as it is in an active area, you may hear some noise, especially during festive seasons such as Christmas or New Year’s Eve. 🌿 Local experience: Within walking distance, you’ll find restaurants, shops, minimarkets, bakeries, pharmacies, tour agencies, and the Malecón — making your stay practical, enjoyable, and convenient.
