Any violation of this rule is subjected to a fine of $100 or more and consequences with Airbnb. - Booking requirement age 21+ ▪️This is a private guest suite with a private bathroom and private entrance in a shared house. You have FULL PRIVACY. The room has all new appliances —small fridge, microwave, and coffee maker. ▪️The room is separated by a wall and a door, which is always locked. Please keep in mind, our living room is on the opposite side so you might hear us. ▪️There’s outdoor security cameras in all sides of the property for safety. ▪️We allow FREE PARKING for ONE car on premises. ▪️There’s a two way street in front of the house. ▪️Our bedroom is right above the guest room so you might occasionally hear some footsteps. But we are very considerate and walk softly. Unless it’s the weekend, it’s fairly quiet after 10pm. ▪️ Please no eating on the bed. Kindly eat on the desk provided. ▪️ If you forgot something at home, just ask, I might have it. ▪️Easiest way to get to Manhattan from here is to take the Metro North train from Bronxville station (7 min drive). It takes you to Harlem (125th street). Then you can transfer to the 4 or 6 train to Manhattan depending on where you want to go. OR you can take bus 25 (around 10mins walk from our house) which takes you to Yonkers metro north train or Bronx 5/6 train depending on which route you choose. Our beautiful modern guest room offers a queen size comfortable bed, free WiFi, a full modern Jack and Jill bath (locks on both sides), desk with lamp, armchair, mirror, coffee maker, mini fridge, microwave and a Smart TV offering Netflix. The desk could be utilized for dining or working on laptop, etc. You will find a water bottle, sodas and snacks. Snacks are given on a rotating basis depending on what we have at home. The bathroom has fresh towels, shampoo, body wash, hand soap, and hair dryer. There’s heating and air conditioner in the room as needed. Guest access Use separate back door through the backyard to enter the house. Code is provided on the day of arrival.
