The space The apartment is located on the fourth floor and is 37 square meters with high windows, which provide plenty of natural light, while the high ceiling height (4m/13 ft) provides a spacious and airy feeling – ideal for relaxing after a day of exploring the city. Despite its central location, the apartment is unusually quiet and you will not be disturbed by noise either day or night. The apartment offers a perfect mix of entertainment and relaxation. The bathroom is modern, with heated floors and good lighting, a large mirror and a spacious shower that easily accommodates two people. The bedroom is on the second floor, complete with a very comfortable queen size bed and plenty of closet space. We use Egyptian cotton bed linen and sheets and the pillows and duvet are 100% down. Wake up to a quiet morning with a nice view from the bed. Enjoy your morning coffee by the window while looking down on the street life. On hot summer days you can go up to the roof terrace and enjoy the view of the city. There you will find sunbeds, dining table, outdoor shower and a lounge area. Not least, Oslo's new waterfront is just around the corner. You can actually go and swim just a few minutes away. In winter, I would try the saunas by the water and take a dip in the sea. Great experience, trust me. The apartment is equipped with a balanced ventilation system for fresh air, heated bathroom floors, central heating system and washing machine and dryer. There is also street parking, both paid parking and free in other nearby neighborhoods (15 minutes walk or 5 minutes by bus). Just let me know and I'll send you the locations. - The building has an elevator, making it easily accessible for guests with mobility challenges or heavy luggage. - There is a 24-hour grocery store in the building, making it easy to stock up on necessities during your stay. - The train from the airport arrives at Oslo Central Station, which is only a 4-minute walk from the apartment. - Check-in and check-out are available 24 hours a day, every day, which is convenient for guests arriving late at night or early in the morning. - We offer high-speed WiFi in the apartment, so you can stay connected throughout your stay. - We kindly ask our guests to respect our neighbors by keeping noise levels to a minimum, especially during late evening hours.
