Other things to note 📝 Detailed Notes Hot Tub Access: Enjoy a shared 12-person hot tub in the complex common area. Please be mindful of posted hours and Park City’s quiet hours. Parking: One parking space is provided in the heated underground garage (max clearance 6’1.5”). Guests are responsible for any vehicles and parking needs beyond what is provided. Street parking is limited and may require a permit. Stairs & Layout: This is a townhome-style condo with multiple levels and stairs. Noise: Old Town is lively, especially during events like Sundance and holidays—some street activity may be heard. Transportation: The free shuttle stops just outside the complex, with quick access to Main Street, Deer Valley, and Canyons. Uber/Lyft are also available. Weather: Park City weather is variable, and conditions may not always match guest expectations. AWD/4WD vehicles are recommended in winter. Housekeeping: The condo is professionally cleaned before each stay. Mid-stay service is available for an additional fee. Check-In/Out: Easy self-check-in with a code. Check-out is by 10 AM to allow for guest turnover.
