The overnight tax of €2.50 per guest/night (municipality) is already included in the booking (under additional taxes) and will be forwarded by me to the municipality. Please fill out the guest directory sheet on site - I will then forward it to the municipality along with the overnight tax. €3-5 for heating in the cold season Amenities include: - Comfortable bed (160x200 cm) - Comfortable sitting area - Pillows and cuddly blanket - kitchen with ceramic hob (2 plates) - Expresso cooker - Basic spices (soup stock, curry, herbs de Provence or the like) are available for short vacationers (a few days), as well as salt, pepper, sugar, tea and oil. For longer stays, please bring your own. - Radiator - when used, €3-5 is incurred in autumn/winter -> please pay reliably on site! - Hot water bottle for cuddling - Running, cold water -> except in winter, when it freezes, then a large water jug is available, which can be filled in the bathroom (in the house) at any time, so that fresh water is always available. Sanitary facilities - In the garden: compost toilet houses (dry separation toilet) Available to guests of both TinyHomes and thus shared and kept clean by guests themselves. - Bathroom: in my house - shared bathroom with bathtub (access via a separate entrance via the shed!) - Towels are provided in the bathroom. - Washing machine is available in the house please always set the machine to SHORT (washing cycle duration about 1 hour)! Included is 1x wash/week - Small fridge (outside) In winter you can leave things inside, in a cooler place. Internet - Outside in front of the house there is Wi-Fi and now even mostly in the TinyHome - Cell phone reception is available with A1, otherwise you have to walk a bit. - there are two bicycles that can be used by appointment and subject to availability Arrival: - You can also arrive without a car! If possible, feel free to pick up from the train station and accompany you to shopping. Please coordinate with me in time! - Train connection: From Vienna Hütteldorf (via St. Pölten) to Traisen NÖ station or Wiesenfeld/Schwarzenbach. Travel time about 1 hour and 20 minutes. - Continue: from the train stations it is less than 10 minutes by car to the entertainment cottage. IMPORTANT INFORMATION: - Rental through Airbnb only to women and women with their partners! The TinyHome is at your sole disposal, as well as a part of the garden in the area of the tiny homes. We share the bathroom. The garden area in front of the house and the house are my private/practice area. Thanks for your understanding! Location, residents, etc... - The tiny home is close to the creek, with a cul-de-sac on the other side that leads into the valley. The showcase is about 20 meters away. - Next door is a second TinyHome, which also hosts guests. Please be considerate and always leave the common areas clean and tidy. - There is a small, dear dog, sheep and chickens. My dog and some hens run around freely in the garden. - sometimes neighbors or friends come to visit. It's mostly quiet and sometimes well livened - the nearest inn (traditional Austrian cuisine) has Fr. - Sat and open on holidays, and can be reached by foot in a few minutes - the area is very rural with farmers doing their job, so it may be that the tractor comes by, the neighbors cut wood, etc. However, it is usually quiet and the road is moderately driven. - Longer stays are available by arrangement – just let me know! - Dogs (small to medium size) can be brought along by arrangement: Quiet and gentle dog's are welcome. They should not hunt (there are free-range chickens and chicks) and be well tolerated with other dogs. My dog is very small and delicate (3.5 kilos) and feels urged quickly... Note: the house, the space is beautiful and not perfect, but perfect for people who love and feel comfortable with it... Specials: the showcase is a place for personal development and well-being. In my practice room you can enjoy soothing massages, book a coaching session, connect with your colors, and much more.
