The space The apartment is on the famous Via In Arcione in a period building overlooking the Quirinale, the palace of the President of the Italian Republic, and is located on the third floor with an elevator. Being very quiet and bright, it allows you to rest after a day in the confusion of the city, despite being in the heart of life, on a street with many restaurants. It consists of a living area with a sofa bed, dining table and adjustable flat-screen TV with Netflix subscription. The separate kitchen is equipped with an induction top where you can comfortably prepare meals. You will have pots, plates, glasses, decanters, wine glasses, flutes, Nespresso coffee machine with pods, American coffee machine, kettle, toaster, microwave, dishwasher, freezer and washer with dryer in a single machine with detergent supplied. On the same floor, there is a small bedroom with a single sofa bed and a desk for those who want to work during the trip, and a large bathroom with a comfortable shower, bidet, and washer-dryer. The most romantic part of this accommodation is the loft, where there is a double bed, a room to be used as a walk-in closet, and another full bathroom with shower and bidet. The apartment has air conditioning and a safe. If you are looking for a comfortable and quiet place this place is for you. It is also very comfortable for those who have a car since in front you have the possibility of having a parking lot in a covered garage, with extra payment. Guest access The entire apartment. Other things to note Bed linen and bath towels provided (1 bath towel + 1 face towel + 1 small towel) for each guest. Mat in every bathroom. Self check-in to access on your own. The property is located in a Limited Traffic Zone (ZTL). Amenities include sheets, blankets, pillows, towels (1 large towel + 1 medium + 1 small for each guest) In each bathroom you will find dispensers with shower gel, shampoo, conditioner, and toilet paper (the latter sufficient for the first 2-3 days). In the kitchen, there are pods for the Nespresso coffee machine, paper towels, a kit with a sponge to wash the dishes, dishwasher pods, and a dish towel. Guests can then purchase everything they need during their stay in the immediate vicinity, with a supermarket 30 meters away. The washer and dryer are "all in one" and the detergent is provided. SLEEPING MAKING -Fince for 2 guests, we only prepare the double bed on the mezzanine. - For 3 guests we prepare the double bed on the loft and the armchair bed - For 4/5 guests we prepare a double bed on the mezzanine, armchair bed and double sofa bed in the living room. It should be noted that the height of the mezzanine and upper bathroom is 1.80 m, on the lower floor all the rooms, including the bathroom, are of regular height.
