A large smart TV + comfortable living area with leather + velvet couches + plush down pillows punctuates the indoor lounge area, with a wood burning fireplace + sitting area off to the side. The large kitchen features 2 islands, 6 bar stools, hickory cabinets, quartz counters + stainless steel appliances. The kitchen is stocked with pots/pans + appliances such as an espresso machine, coffee maker, waffle maker, toaster, crockpot, rice cooker, food processor and tea kettle along with basic cooking oils and spices so you can pack less and relax more. A large 8-person dining table with comfortable, kid-freindly chairs is located nearby. There are 2 primary bedrooms, + all beds feature high quality, plush + cozy linens + a variety of bed pillows (from firm to soft, down feather to memory foam) to suit every preference. Bedroom 1 features a plush king bed, smart TV, sliding glass doors opening to the outdoor patio, a sitting area with 2 leather chairs, a large private bathroom with robes + shower toiletries, + large closet with washer/dryer, detergent, dryer sheets + stain spray. The second primary bedroom features another plush king bed, leather lounge chair, a dedicated work space with 2 computer monitors + a private bath with robes + shower toiletries. The 3rd bedroom features a pair of bunk beds (both twins over doubles), with a full bathroom located just outside the room. Outside, you'll enjoy a 6-person hot tub (just 2-3 steps out the back door), propane fire pit (with pokers for roasting s'mores), another outdoor sitting area, a propane BBQ grill, a unique hand-built fort made of fallen trees, string lights in both the side and backyards, + over 2 acres of completely secluded, peaceful land for exploring, star gazing, + recharging. The property features a variety of aspen and evergreen trees along with visits from deer, birds + other wildlife. This single-level home is kid-friendly, featuring the following: - Pack n play (including sheet; located in the laundry) - Books, toys and games for kids of various ages - Plastic cups, plates + bowls - Unique outdoor fort - Flat land to explore - Ping pong table, foosball table and 2 dart boards in the attached heated garage - Fire pit and easy-to-hold pokers for roasting s'mores - Outlet covers STR License #24-0230 Guest access Guests will receive their unique keypad code via AirBnB message the day of their arrival Other things to note *Vehicle Requirements: From November through May, a four-wheel/all-wheel drive vehicle is necessary. Roads to the Hideaway are plowed and maintained and the driveway is flat, but please be prepared for winter driving conditions. Refunds will not be issued for inclement weather; consider Airbnb travel insurance for coverage. *Water System: The Hideaway operates on a well water system and septic tank. Water conservation is essential to ensure the well works optimally and you have an adequate water supply for your stay. The septic system means all food waste must go into the trash as there isn’t a garbage disposal, and only toilet paper and human waste are acceptable for toilets. *No Smoking: Smoking or vaping is not permitted inside The Hideaway. *Fire Regulations: Per Park County regulations, absolutely no ember-producing outdoor fires are allowed on the premises. Please use the provided propane fire pit to enjoy the ambience of a campfire without the risk to the forest or our home.
