Transport yourself to a serene mountain getaway when you stay at this updated 2-bedroom, 2-bath vacation rental condo! Conveniently located in the Mountainwood Condominiums, our home is 200 yards from the base of Peak 9. Park the car for the trip in the heated garage and walk downtown or the ski slopes! Access to skiing, shops, four hot tubs, and a pool are all a short walk away. This condo is the perfect escape for families and couples who want to experience all Breckenridge offers! The space Our second floor condo is accessible from the heated (in the winter) underground parking garage via elevator, or outside on the north and south side of the building via keypad. Wide hallways and luggage carts greet you and help you get all of your stuff into the unit. (Please return luggage carts to the garage after use!) Brand new washer and dryer are accessible on the floor by using the PayRange app where you can load money to pay by bank account or credit card. (Anything you don't use in your stay you can request to be refunded!) The 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom condo with a balcony has everything you need for a relaxing mountain retreat! Main bedroom has a dresser and large closet with hangers and a king bed. Second bedroom has two Queen size bunk beds, dresser, and a desk. Keep your drinks cool in our wine fridge in the remodeled kitchen. Sit at the eat in bar or the dining table (which expands). Pool and hot tub schedule and availability: Memorial Day - October 1: 10am - 8pm daily October 1 through beginning of ski season: Closed for Fall Maintenance Ski opening day through May 1: 12pm - 8pm daily April 15 through Memorial Day: Closed for Spring Maintenance Relax into the comfy couches or out on our balcony. Leave the car parked during your stay. Downtown is walkable and full of restaurants, shops and more! Guest access The entire 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom, private condo and private balcony are a relaxing home base for guests. A short walk to the hot tubs and pool shared by the community are available. Heated (in the winter) underground parking space for the unit. Other things to note Feel free to message me if you have any questions about our condo! We've been renting our condo on Airbnb for over eight years with 5-star ratings and switched in late 2024 to managing the bookings ourselves. Our minimum age to rent is 25. Top bunk NOTE: Our cleaning service company has a policy where they do not make the top bunk bed, other than applying the fitted sheet. They will leave the top sheet and blanket neatly folded and ready for use. If you would like the top bunk made before your stay, please let me know at least several days in advance of your stay, and I'll let our cleaning service know and they will do their best to accommodate you!
