The space PARKING SITUATION - 2 Car Garage, Driveway and Street parking. Do not park in front of the gated driveway. THE HOUSE - This is a split level home with fenced private yard. Please see our floor plan in the pictures. Brand new furnace and air conditioning. Guest access House is equipped with a keypad. Guests have to check Airbnb Inbox a day before check-in for the code. Whole house is available to guests and NOT SHARED during their stay. However, there is locked closet for storage. Do not open please. Other things to note **PLEASE READ BEFORE BOOKING OUR HOUSE** 1. Absolutely no parties or events or unauthorized guests allowed. 2. No smoking anywhere inside the house please. ($200/night penalty) 3. Check-in starts at 3PM. Check-out is at 11 AM. 4. Extra guest fee of $25 per person per night after 8 guests. 5. House Airbnb cancellation policy is Firm. Please check your email & Trip Details for specific cancellation and refund timelines. 6. To set expectations, please read the house amenities list. 7. Guest is responsible for refilling the propane tank if you decide to use the grill. BBQ utensils are not included. Please clean up the grill afterwards. 8. Firepit - Please be aware if there are any fire bans. Use caution and never leave the firepit unattended.
