A full kitchen with updated stainless-steel appliances. Beautiful ocean blue cabinetry throughout the kitchen and a dining table off the kitchen. The deck which opens out from the large open living area overlooks the back quiet woodland area which can be used to sit out on to relax after a long day. Furnished with tables and chairs (seasonal) The serene primary suite with a full-size bed allows for a peaceful rest after a day at the beach. The bathroom is bright and tastefully with a lighthouse and nautical theme. The ample living area has a queen-size sleeper sofa equipped with all the linen necessities. Linens and towels provided. There are two parking spaces for this unit. There is NO elevator in the building but handicap accessible with a chair lift along the railing. The condo is located on the 3rd floor. All of this is located a short walk to all that Perkins Cove has to offer such as dining, shops and access to the Marginal Way by Woodbury Avenue. Guest access Outdoor spaces beyond the unit include a patio area with dining tables and chairs as well as a shared barbecue, well landscaped gardens and a gas firepit for those chilly nights (all applicable during the summer season). Bug spray is provided inside the condo. Other things to note Easy self check in is available! Laundry not available within the unit but available within the building on specific days. Sorry, absolutely no pets are allowed (condo association rule). This is a non-smoking unit of any kind whether in the unit or on the deck.
