On the ground floor, you will find a spacious living room with a fireplace, a cozy dining room and a bathroom. Upstairs, there are two spacious double bedrooms, one with a queen-size bed and one with two single beds. At the front of the house is a covered terrace overlooking the 10x5 meter private swimming pool, which is exclusively available for our guests. Surrounded by flowers and citrus trees, this is the perfect place to relax and enjoy the Spanish sun. The home features a private driveway with a lockable double entrance gate, a private parking space with a carport, and, since August 2025, a 3,000-liter water tank for extra security during dry periods.
