If you have more than 2 cars, there is plenty of street parking on the main street. Guests have access to the entire property except for the garage and pantry. These areas are locked and marked "NO GUEST ACCESS". Other things to note We are thrilled to have you as a guest and want to ensure you have a comfortable stay. To make your experience as pleasant as possible, please take a moment to review our house rules. ACCEPTANCE: By booking and checking in to the property, you (guest/tenant) attest that you have read, accept, and agree to abide by all the following rules and policies: CHECK IN: 4PM | CHECK OUT: 10AM PRE CHECK-IN: You will receive pre check-in instructions 24-48 hours before your stay. I will also send you a link to install our Digital Guide Book app with all the information you'll need during your stay. You may check-in anytime after 4PM. You will receive a designated digital code for convenient keyless entry by 3PM the day of check-in. IMPORTANT: NO SHOES IN THE HOUSE PLEASE. Please remove shoes before entering the house. A shoe bench is conveniently placed by the front door for you and visiting guests. 1. QUIET TIME - We value a peaceful environment for everyone. Quiet time is observed from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM. Please keep noise levels to a minimum during these hours, respecting the peace and tranquility of our neighbors. 2. NO SMOKING - Smoking of any kind is STRICTLY PROHIBITED on the premises. This includes cigarettes, cigars, e-cigarettes, and ANY other smoking devices legal or illegal. We appreciate your cooperation in maintaining a clean and smoke-free environment. Smoking on premises will incur a minimum penalty of $500 and immediate removal from property. 3. NO ILLEGAL ACTIVITIES - Engaging in any illegal activities on the property is strictly forbidden. We expect all guests to adhere to local laws and regulations during their stay. Any violation may result in immediate eviction and legal action. 4. NO UNREGISTERED GUESTS OR UNAUTHORIZED EVENTS - For liability reasons but most importantly for the safety and security of everyone, only registered guests are allowed on premises. Please inform host in advance if you plan to have additional guests who must be declared/registered before entering the property. In no case can guests more than the maximum allowed (8) regardless of age can be present irregardless if they are or are not sleeping over without prior approval by host. The total paid for occupancy is based strictly on the number of guests declared at registration. Non-declared person/s will incur a minimum charge of $150/per person per night (to be determined at the host's discretion). We do allow parties and events at the property on a case by case basis but on a competely different (daily or hourly) rate structure. A gathering or 10 or more people is considered an "EVENT" and must be approved in advance and in writing by host. An EVENT FEE will be charged and must be paid in advance prior to occupancy. Evidence of any unauthorized event/s will be charged at a minimum of $200 per hour. 5. NO PETS - This property is 100% SMOKE, PET & ALLERGY FREE. Due to health related circumstances, AIRBNB has granted a special host exemption for this property making it fully exempt from their posted service animal policy. NO ANIMALS OF ANY KIND (INCLUDING SERVICE ANIMALS) ARE ALLOWED ON PROPERTY, NO EXCEPTIONS. This applies to all visiting guests. Unauthorized animals will incur a minimum penalty of $750 (or higher depending on soil). 6. SUPPLIES - Enough coffee, laundry soap and basic toiletries are supplied for a weekend stay. If you are staying longer, please plan to visit one of the many local stores to replenish supplies.
