It is welcoming and equipped with all the necessary amenities for a peaceful stay. Every detail is designed to offer you an experience of total well-being away from the chaos. On the first floor, full kitchen, with everything you need to cook, flat pots and glasses, dishes, oven and microwave, fridge and freezer, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, TV, air conditioning, washing machine and detergent. Also on the floor you will find a living room with a large sofa, TV and air conditioning. On the same level, a place dedicated to the work area, equipped with a fixed or portable wifi pocket and a folding table with chairs to use for outdoor lunches. The living area completes the full bathroom (toilet, sink, shower and bidet) equipped with towels and shower towels. Upstairs is the bedroom with a double mattress and topper, equipped with bedding, air conditioning. A room with a full-wall closet and a room with a relaxing attic with two futon sofas. We have chosen not to host children or animals to guarantee our professional guests in smart working, hikers or travelers , an oasis of total peace, where the only noise is that of nature. Since the property is equipped with both external and internal access stairs, it is not suitable for people with walking problems Other things to note The house is located in a small and quiet village, surrounded by nature. Our village does not have direct tourist attractions, but it is an ideal base to explore Genoa and the Riviere, as well as the neighboring villages. You will find the tranquility of an authentic environment with the main services and shops just 2 km away, easily accessible by car. You will find: a pharmacy, a supermarket, restaurants, a gas station, a newsstand, a bakery, a pastry shop, a post office, an ATM, and the bus stop that connects the valley with Genoa Center and Busalla, where the train station is located. ​A car is recommended to move around freely. ​We are 40 minutes from the center of Genoa and the Porto Antico. ​15-20 min from the main villages of the hinterland for markets and historic shops. ​Easy access to provincial roads for those who love road-trips by motorcycle or car. On the day of your arrival I will personally welcome you and after having you park your car I will take you home.
