The space The apartment, a 50 sqm attic consisting of 3 rooms + bathroom + separate shower, is located on the top floor of an elegant and central house belonging to the historic center of Genoa Pegli, overlooking the sea. The apartment can accommodate up to 4 people, but for a more comfortable stay it is advisable to use it with 3 adults or 2 adults + 1 or 2 children. The apartment is equipped with a wifi network with ultra-fast fiber and smart air conditioning. The apartment has 2 televisions, one of which is a smart TV. Breakfast can be served in a commercial establishment in the same building. Guest access The door is located on the street level of Vico Condino 1 and, after 15 steps, you reach the elevator to reach the 4th and last floor. The entire apartment is for the exclusive use of the guest, so it is not shared. The use of the panoramic terrace is instead shared with the inhabitants of the staircase and it is possible to park for short periods (no chairs, no deckchairs, no tables or umbrellas). Access to the terrace is not allowed for unaccompanied children. For those arriving by train: as soon as you leave Genoa Pegli station, cross the square and take the alley that goes down to the sea, at the bottom of which, on the left, is the door. For those arriving by car/motorcycle, the A10/E80 (GE-Pegli) exit is 3 minutes away - 1 km. For those arriving by plane: the airport is 5 km away; you can take a taxi (average journey 13 minutes) or take advantage of the Genoa Airlink bus-train service, which takes you to Genoa Sestri-Airport train station every 15 minutes; the next one to France is Genoa Pegli (only AMT/Trenitalia integrated ticket from €2.20). For those arriving by bus (line 1) the stop is Lungomare2 / Musei Pallavicini (towards Ponente) or Lungomare1 / Musei Pallavicini (towards Genoa center). Several hiking trails start directly from Pegli, allowing you to reach pretty lakes and bivouacs up to an altitude of 1000 m with a beautiful view of the sea and the Alps.
