The space A stylish three-room flat where cleanliness is our top priority: in fact, we sanitise pillowcases and mattress covers after every guest change to ensure absolute hygiene at all times. The accommodation is located in Imperia Porto Maurizio on the 2nd floor (no lift), in a central location, sleeping 4 with a maximum of 6 thanks to the sofa bed. It is conveniently close to all amenities, less than a 10-minute walk from the brand-new coastal cycle path, beach resorts and the marina, or the public beaches for nature lovers, nightspots, and less than an hour from Monte Carlo and the French Riviera. On arrival you will find: - A warm welcome with Ligurian specialities - 1 double bedroom with a large wardrobe, desk and armchair - 1 bedroom with a double bed, a work area with a desk and 2 chairs, and a wardrobe (cot available on request) - Living room with large glass table, TV, bookcase and 2 sofas, one of which converts into a double bed - Kitchen-diner with table for 4 people, hob, dishwasher, fridge and freezer, oven, microwave, kettle, filter coffee machine or capsule machine, moka pot, breakfast items, crockery, cutlery, high chair for children. - Bathroom with every comfort, where cleanliness and attention to detail stand out, with a set of towels provided for each guest, and personalised toiletries for men and women - Utility bathroom with a small washbasin and washing machine, with washing powder provided Wi-Fi and ceiling fans for natural cooling are available throughout the apartment. For those seeking complete relaxation, we offer a mid-week cleaning service with a change of linen at a cost of €35. Guest access The entire apartment is available. Other things to note Covered parking is available 200 meters from the house, at an additional cost. We like to welcome you personally upon arrival. For this reason, we offer flexible check-in and welcome our guests with a taste of Ligurian specialties. Non-electric mountain bikes available at an extra daily cost (€12 per day).
