In the center, Casa Sancarlino is a charming studio apartment in an old restored Lombard courtyard equipped with every comfort and close to all services (buses, restaurants, shops, supermarkets, theater, parking garage...) and the main tourist attractions (Duomo, Arengario, park, Villa Reale, museums, the racetrack). 1.9 km from Monza Hospital and a 14-minute walk from the train station, and you can also reach the main cities: Milan is 15 minutes by train. The space The apartment is on the second floor with an elevator. It is bright, and the courtyard setting makes it quiet despite being located in one of the most vital areas of the city. You will be greeted by a cozy, familiar atmosphere. The house is equipped with a cooling/heating system. Two people can comfortably stay in a large double bed or, alternatively, on request when booking, two single beds. We attach great importance to the quality of our guests' sleep. Our memory foam mattresses are high quality with a soft 5 cm high hypoallergenic topper. The guest can also sleep in fresh sheets and pillowcases made of soft and breathable percale fabric. Duvets and duvet covers, plaids and a choice of pillows (low in memory foam and higher, softer ones). The open kitchen is equipped with everything: coffee machine, refrigerator, electric oven, microwave, toaster, kettle, pots, pans, cutlery, glasses, ladles, tea towels, potholders, etc. You will have everything you need to cook and eat your meals comfortably at home. Air conditioning, 32" Smart TV, with the possibility of accessing the Netflix offer, fiber Wi-Fi (high speed).
