These two homes are just minutes from downtown Redlands, Univ. of Redlands, NOS, amazing wedding venues, shopping centers, and so much more! The "Front House" sleeps 9 and has its own unique music theme throughout while the "Back house" sleeps 8 and has a fun and funky style to enjoy. Each house has its own parking, full kitchens, living areas, laundry, outdoor spaces, but are conveniently accessed one to the other by a simple side gate. We welcome large groups to enjoy them both! The space Two spacious homes rented together for large groups. Perfect for wedding families to stay close to each other but still have their own spaces. Host your bridesmaids and groomsmen for your special day! Also great for large construction crews not wanting to sleep in hotels. These two homes allow you to be comfortable & near the heart of Redlands. Each home has its own keyless entry keypad. The "Back House" can be accessed from the front house by entering through a side gate. Our "Front House" has its own unique music theme. It sleeps 9 and has a full size kitchen, 4 bedrooms and 1 roll away bed, 2 full bathrooms, driveway and street parking, laundry, BBQ, fire pit, a record player and PacMan arcade for everyone to enjoy. Our "Back House" is a fun and funky vibe. It sleeps 8 and has its own full size kitchen, 3 bedrooms with 4 beds, 2 full bathrooms, mini gym, carport parking behind a gate, laundry, BBQ, fire pit, and another arcade game to be enjoyed. This home can be accessed through the alleyway and has a gated yard and carport. These homes must be requested to stay at. We want to be sure they are being booked appropriately and for good reason. Absolutely no parties or events are allowed. This is a quiet neighborhood and our neighbors are the best and deserve to be respected. Guest access Guests will have access to both homes during their stay. Both houses have a locked closet and a few cabinets that are off limits to guests. The garage at the "Front House" is also off limits but please feel free to park in front of it, if needed. Other things to note QUIET TIME IS 10PM AND MUST BE HONORED PER CITY MANDATED RULES!
