Sleeps 10 comfortably; great space to accommodate family and friends. On premise parking; eight spaces available. The attic can sleep four and may be opened at an ADDITIONAL COST. The space The home has everything you need for your stay. Linens, dishes, cutlery, coffee maker, shampoo/conditioner, etc. are all provided. Guest access Guests have access to the first and second floor, as well as both porches and upstairs balcony. The second floor sleeps 10 comfortably. The attic sleeps four comfortably and may be opened at an ADDITIONAL COST. The attic has two twin beds and a queen, as well as it's own bathroom, kitchenette, TV, and A/C. The last five pictures are of the attic and is my favorite part of the home. Other things to note There is a $50 fee per pet per stay.
