Our home is located within a newly developed community. This is because the infrastructure is still in the process of being developed. There are still streets to be paved and more lighting to be installed by the municipality. We currently do not have fiber-optic or cable internet service. The connection available is SATELLITE INTERNET (STARLINK). We haven't had any problems so far, as it's one of the best satellite internet 🛜 services. However, you can watch your favorite series or a movie, although sometimes it may be a bit slow or fluctuate. I also want to mention that we lend you an umbrella, a cooler, and 3 folding chairs to take to the beach so you don't have to pay for a palapa. Enjoy the beach your way 🌊☀️ The beach within the residential complex is the ideal place to spend a relaxing day by the sea. Bring your fishing rods, prepare a delicious barbecue, relax with your family or friends, set up your chairs under an umbrella, play your favorite music, and enjoy the breeze and a beautiful sunset. ☀️ 🌊 🏝️ If you're looking to swim or enjoy a beach for swimmers, Playa Miramar is only 5 minutes away by car. This is the most touristy area, with a variety of restaurants and bars. Where you can go into the sea to swim and enjoy the waves. Guest access Loft #1, ground floor. Assigned garage with electric gate. Barbecue grill, garden, living room, bathroom, and outdoor shower 🚿 so you can rinse off the excess sand. Other things to note It is advisable to carry a repellent since there is vegetation in the area and there are mosquitoes at night.
