After 23:00, they are regarded as overnight guests and are subject to the regular P800 per guest. Other things to note GENERAL Guidelines 1. Barangay noise curfew 23:00-7:00 2. All outdoor services end (pool side movie, swimming pool pump etc.) at 23:00. 3. Guests must check in any time between 2:00 PM to 11:00 PM and check out at 11 AM at the latest. 4. Early check-in is subject to availability and with an additional charge of ₱1000 per hour. 5. No smoking on the premise. 6. Small pets are allowed with ₱700 pet fee and pet security deposit ₱2000. 7. Our home is not a full-service hotel. Please clean up after yourselves after dining. 8. Strictly no heavy cooking in the indoor kitchen. For deep-frying, barbecuing etc., please use the outdoor kitchen. 9. We do not accept reservations for wedding preparation. 10. Children ages 2 and below are not included in the headcount and are therefore exempt from charges, given that they share a bed with a parent/guardian. 11. For visitors who aren't staying overnight we charge ₱500 per head. 12. for Safety reasons, we deploy CCTV in public area such as the pool and the entrance. We do not deploy CCTV indoor per government policy. After cooking, clean kitchen thoroughly and wipe kitchen walls of oil splatters. Please wash dishes and pots after use. CLAYGO: Clean As You Go please. If the area is left messy, a maximum of P5,000 cleaning fee is will be incurred.
