Upon booking, a separate association application will be required to be completed, accompanied by an additional application fee of 100$ per person or $150/married couple (not included in your booking total), picture ID, and vehicle registration. *This home does not allow pets. Registered service animals are permissible. Please give the condo association up to 21 days prior to your stay for approval. Please note: This home has a minimum age requirement of 25 to book. Smoking is not allowed on the property. **Dock and Boat lift are not available for guest use.** Guest access The entire home. There may be locked closets or garage space reserved for owner contents. The home access code will be given 2-4 days prior to arrival and after final payment and receipt of a signed rental agreement, and copy of photo ID. The boat lift is not available for guest use. Other things to note You will be required to sign receipt of our Terms and Conditions for staying in one of our Vacation Homes. This can be done electronically or in person on the day of arrival. Access to the home can be restricted until you have agreed to our rental terms. RENTAL AGREEMENT TRANSACTION DIFFERENCES: The rental agreement you will receive from Roelens Vacations will vary from the amounts you are presented by Airbnb. Airbnb will collect the required 11% taxes and also a service fee. We do not see these amounts and therefore our rental agreement will only reflect the amounts we have netted from the transaction brokered by Airbnb.
