We are in the golf cart zone of Magnolia Beach, just a short distance from beautiful Magnolia Beach & Matagorda Bay. The nearest boat launch is 2 minutes away! Also conveniently located close to food, fuel & supplies, and some of the finest alligator, dove, and watefowl hunting. Go enjoy the outdoors and come back home to Fins & Feathers Lodge to relax. The space Downstairs: There are 2 bedrooms (1 with a queen bed, 1 with a full bed and a twin bed), a game room with a pool table and a large wall mounted TV (streaming only), a kitchen and dining area (also with a TV), a large full bathroom, and a mudroom that contains laundry facilities and a shower (1/2 bath). Upstairs: A bedroom (1 full bed, 2 twin beds, and a futon) with a wall mounted flat screen TV and a 1/2 bath. Outside: There is a patio area with a fenced in yard. It has a picnic table and a BBQ pit under a nice shade tree. There is also a covered area for hanging out or parking golf carts or boats outside the fenced yard. Guest access The garage and storage shed are off limits. There are a couple of locked cabinets that are off limits.
