The real bonus of our home is the proximity to city, yet the calm of a suburb with some beautiful natural scenery thanks to the adjoining golf club. There is an excellent bus service with numerous routes beside us (going direct to city/South city / 3 arena/ Connolly train station). I can give you a leap card for paying the fare easily; which can be topped up via leap card app. We are a 15 minute walk to Clontarf seafront, with a lovely promenade for a fresh walk. Some great restaurants in Clontarf itself & the surrounding area. Our national stadium Croke Park is 2.7km away & 3Arena less than 3km. Dublin airport is 7km away, with taxi to airport usually costing around €20 based on our experience. Loads of golf nearby (including next door at Clontarf golf course!) for any keen golfers, we have one spare set of golf clubs available to borrow on request. Our home has been renovated to a high /modern spec. This is a BER B energy rated home, maintaining heat and comfort year round. You will have access to a private room with double bed, there is an adjoining upper single bed if needed, ( may suit a small family). We can provide a cot for a smaller baby if needed. There is a shared bathroom with modern rainforest style shower. We are a family of three, either my husband or I will be available to welcome you on arrival and offer our advice on making the most of the city. There is room for your car in our driveway in addition to our own. We make freshly brewed coffee every morning, so the pot is always on! Tea/hot water/croissants if needed. I am a bit of a clean freak, so I hope you enjoy our clean & fresh home! My only request is shoes left off at the front door. We look forward to welcoming you!
