The house is on 2 floors and contains 3 bedrooms, bathroom, kitchen, living room and plenty of storage space. Nice outdoor areas both on the plot, terrace in front of the entrance and balcony from the 2nd floor. This is a perfect home for those of you who want to stay in the countryside, have plenty of space and proximity to nature and the sea. Good view over to Lyngsalpene. In winter, there are prepared ski slopes from Oldervik to Tromsø. The space Oldervik is a small village, about 40-50 minutes drive from Tromsø. Amazing space, both in winter and summer. Lovely views to the spectacular Lyngen Alps. WINTER: Is there a lot of northern light activity, if you are lucky you can see it from the house. If you go out of the village, about 4-5 minutes, then you get away from all the road lights, and you can get a great view to the northern lights. If you take the car and drive 4-5 minutes from Oldervik towards Tromsø, you will arrive at a famous parking lot that is great for watching the Northern Lights. It's completely dark and no guidance lights. There are also good conditions for skiing. On the best months there are conditions for skiing, then it uses being finished pedal skiing from this parking lot mentioned above, and on to Tromsø. SUMMER: Is it bright 24/7, the sun never sets. There are many hiking opportunities, both along the beach and to the forest. If you enjoy being out in nature, you will find plenty of opportunities to explore the surrounding area! It is possible to swim in the river, or in the sea. Fishing is also possible, from the sea and from the river (fishing in the river requires own permit)
