Located near bus-line for added convenience. The space This is a 3 bedroom unit with 2 bedrooms with located on the main floor, bathroom and laundry are also located on the main floor. Upstairs you will and addition bedroom with a queen size bed, bar seating, kitchen, coffee bar, living room and private sundeck. Guest access This unit has its own private entrance. There are NO shared spaces with additional guests. There is a front unit that is currently housed with tenants. Other things to note We are happy and ready to answer questions you may have about this listing or the area and community in general. We try to respond ASAP. If you are unhappy with the space place let us know as soon as you arrive. We will do our best to remedy any issues you may have. We allow dogs only (No cats) **Pet fee APPLIES** **We have strict guidelines for those who wish to bring their Service Animal and waive the pet fees** •Guest(s) remains liable for any and all damage caused by animal(s). •You and your Service Animal will be asked to leave if we discover misrepresentation of a pet as a Service Animal. We will report fraudulent claims of Service Animals to government authorities and will evict the guest(s) without further notice in such cases. If this occurs, there will be no right to a refund. •Below are some rules so that both your stay and that of our guests after you will be enjoyable and relaxing: •Your Service Dog may not be left unattended, ever. (Crating and leaving the animal in your absence is not permitted; the animal must accompany you AT ALL TIMES). •Please provide an advanced copy of your Service Animal's rabies vaccine as well as a vaccination record showing all vaccinations are current throughout your stay. This is required for the safety of other animals in the area. •Your Service Animal must be on a leash at all times, or under control by verbal or sight commands that they follow at all times. •We will ask you to remove your Service Animal if the animal is out of control and the animal’s handler does not take effective action to control it or if the animal is not housebroken. •Please walk your Service Animal for bathroom needs. Indoor piddle pads are not allowed. We provide guests with the basic essentials to get started during your stay. There is a Hirons, Whole Foods and Market of Choice within a Mile of the unit. This is an older home that was Newley renovated and still has the original single pane windows in most of the home. You may hear some exterior noise. Portable AC provided in warm months.
