Guest access Our guests have access to the entire apartment, as well as the complex's amenities such as the artificial beach, parking, pool bar, etc. Other things to note DO NOT stain towels or sheets. A fine will be charged for any stains found on each towel, regardless of whether the stain comes out in the wash. Do not use towels to clean makeup, blood, dirt, or other unsanitary waste. All makeup must be removed before using pillows, towels, and sheets. Removing makeup from bedding is very difficult and time-consuming. In case of staining the sheets and duvets, a charge of $30.00 dollars will be made for each damaged piece.
