There's an open great room combining the living room, dining room, and kitchen, which leads to our charming, tree-lined back patio that comfortably seats 5. • Bedroom 1 has a King bed with a Room and Board mattress and Smart TV with guest mode. Bedroom 2 has a Twin XL bed with a Winkbed mattress and a dedicated work desk. They share a bathroom with a walk-in shower. • The living room is beautiful, with a gas fireplace, a small Belgian linen sofa, and two comfy chairs by the window, perfect for street gazing with the relaxing Pacific Northwest breeze. • The dining room has a round marble table with a tulip base and seating for 5, plus a breakfast bar with seating for 2. • The kitchen is fully stocked to accommodate anything from simple snacks to full meal preparations. It includes a gas burner stove, toaster, microwave, oven, refrigerator with filtered water, electric kettle, blender, baking dishes, All-Clad stainless steel pots and pans, De'Longhi Nespresso machine, drip coffee maker, French press, Italian Moka pot, sugar, teas, hot chocolate, plates, bowls, silverware, stemless wine and drinking glasses, cooking utensils, and kitchen accessories like a can and wine opener, measuring spoons, various spices, olive oil, salt, pepper, foil, cling wrap, Ziploc bags, and more. Lower Level The lower level has a TV lounge area with direct access to Bedroom 3 and a laundry room. • A cozy lounge area with a comfortable sofa, a large ottoman, two chairs, and multiple cubes, along with a 65" Smart TV with guest mode. • Bedroom 3 has a King bed with an Aireloom Hotel Collection mattress, Smart TV with guest mode, reading corner, and an ensuite bath with a tub/shower combo and heated floor. • The laundry room has a full-size front load LG HE washer and dryer set with unscented laundry supplies. It also has an upright clothes steamer and additional sets of towels for guests. Baby Supplies • We have a Pack 'n Play, high chair, baby suction plates, and books for your little ones. Parking • 2 parking spots in the back, accessed via the alleyway. Note: there are 7 steps up to the back patio and door. • Free street parking is available only on the south side of the road in front of the house. • No tour buses, RVs, ATVs, trailers, or commercial vehicles. Seattle Quiet Hours 10 PM - 7 AM • Although close to all amenities, the house is located in a very quiet neighborhood. Please respect our neighbors. DO NOT BOOK this house if you plan to be loud. Guest access • The entire house is available for guests, except for a locked utility room where we keep our supplies. • Door code, property address, and self-check-in instructions will be provided approximately 72 hours before arrival. • The maximum number of guests is 5, including day visitors. • No commercial filming or photography without written consent from management.
